Cancellations and Returns Policy
At Chantilly Lace, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
Returns Policy
Your right to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm .
At Chantilly Lace we always hope you will be happy with your order, however in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.
Please return your purchase within 14 working days of delivery in perfect original condition and enclose proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable. We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We are unable to refund or exchange on individual items in our gift sets.
Once the delivery has been signed for at the given address it is no longer the responsibility of Chantilly Lace. Refunds cannot be given if the gift is not passed on to the named recipient.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Chantilly Lace will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out.
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items purchased within the sale are non refundable. However if they are not suitable then we will offer a credit note for an exchange.
Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
Cancellation of Order
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please return our email acknowledging receipt of your order stating your wish to modify or cancel your order.
If your order has already been fully processed, it may already have been dispatched, in which case you should follow the returns policy.
Delivery Schedule
UK delivery will be made within 2-3 and is free of charge. Next day delivery of your order is at a rate of £7 per order on orders received before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 1pm on Friday won't be shipped until the following Monday.
European delivery costs £10.00. International delivery costs £20.00. Allow up to 10 days for European and International deliveries.
All orders will be dispatched using the Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Signed for Mail service or international equivalent. That means it is dispatched first class and requires a signature upon receipt.
We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If you require urgent delivery or want to know the status of your order, please contact us on info@chantillylaceboutique.co.uk.
Customers placing order for delivery outside of the United Kingdom will be advised of shipping costs and delivery times upon placing the order.
Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
